Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop e-mail management tool, which will give you total command over your e-mailbox accounts and email newsletters. With this easy-to-navigate user interface, you can create a brand new e-mailbox in no time and administer its settings with ease. Plus, you can forward mail messages from one e-mail box to another, set up e-mail filters, set up autoresponder messages and protect your mailboxes against junk electronic mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your mailbox accounts against spam messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unwanted mails will find their way into your email box. Your electronic mails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message flagged as spam should be deleted or redirected to a particular e-mail box account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are ideal for filtering your incoming e-mail messages based on specific criteria specified by you. Setting up email filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be created and will go into effect immediately. You can quickly create an email filter for any of your e-mail accounts and define the filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming messages from one e-mail box account to another, or even to a number of other email box accounts. Simply choose the mailbox you wish to redirect electronic mails from, then choose the target e-mail box and indicate if you wish to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily configure the email client of your choosing to access your email accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail account you wish to set up on your personal computer or cell phone and click on the email client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new e-mail box will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, working with multiple mail accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager user interface will also permit you to quickly create an auto-response message - enter the message you want people to view and our system will handle everything else. And if you want to set up a catch-all e-mail box - you can do that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
